John Cahit Akbulut
Mr. Akbulut was born in the city of Giresun in 1957. He completed his law study at Istanbul University Law Faculty in 1980 and he moved to the United States right after that. Then he continued advance law study at New York University and sat New York State bar. After completion of his study, he started to work with a New York law firm for fourteen years, and then he started my his practice in 1998. Last twelve years he has been running his own law office. He has been married more than 30 years and has two boys, one is about to finish his law school and the other one just started his second year of law school.>>

Gökhan Kantarcıgil: Turkish businessmen is well known as a successful salesman and merchant in Latin America - Gökhan KANTARCIGIL was born in Canakkale,Turkey in 1976. He graduated from Middle East Technical University (ODTU), Mechnical Engineering Dept. in 1998. Between 1998- 2000, he worked as engineer in a leading Turkish jewelry manufacturer, Atasay Kuyumculuk. Serhan Süzer: I have no doubt that the US companies that have never conducted business in Turkey will be amazed with the potential, young population and dynamism in this country. - Born in Istanbul in 1977, Hasan Serhan Süzer has completed his high school education in Istanbul Turkey, after which he participated the summer programmes of UCLA in 1993 and Harvard University in 1994 in USA. Davut Ökütçü: Turkish people deserve higher level of democratization, accountability of administrators, independent and functioning legal structure and better standard of living -
Mr. Davut Ökütçü was born in Diyarbakır in 1946. He attended Darüşşafaka High School in İstanbul. He received his BSc degree in Chemical Engineering at Robert College, İstanbul/Turkey in 1969 as a Fulbright Scholar. This was followed by his graduate study at Syracuse University, New York - where he received his MSc degree in Industrial Engineering. His graduate study at Syracuse University was financed through Turkish Education Fund – USAID joint scholarship. Mr. Ökütçü joined the Koç Group in 1971 and during his 32 years with Koç Group Companies he served at various levels of management such as Plant Manager, General Manager, Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of several Koç Companies. At his latest assignment as Assistant to the President of Consumer Goods Group his responsibilities covered new business and joint venture development, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring of companies, et al. He retired from the Koç group in 2003.

Şerif Egeli: The Turkish telecom market is not only seventy million Turks, It is a two-hundred million populated market - Mr. Egeli worked from 1969 until 1989 for the ENKA Group. In 1972, he founded the ENKA Marketing Export Import Co. and was its Managing Director until 1989. Throughout the 1980s Enka Marketing was the largest international foreign trade company in Turkey with an annual turnover of USD 700 million and 25 offices and subsidiaries around the world. Sonoco’s products have been in Turkish market since mid 70's. Initially, Sonoco locations in Germany and Holland produced and exported to Turkey. This continued until mid 90’s.
